When can I expect my order to arrive? |
For UK deliveries, our policy is for delivery within 5-7 working days of order. However for 90% of orders to date, delivery is within 3 working days. Your order will be processed within 2 hours. All deliveries require a signature. |

If I am not happy with my order, how can I get a refund or exchange? |
It's OK to change your mind. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in the enclosed bag with all tags intact and unworn within 14 days and we will be more than happy to either exchange or give a full refund. It's that simple :-)
Please note: No returns are available on sale items from our Special Offer page nor on individual items marked down as on sale or on special offer. We are not responsible for return postage nor can we be responsible for anything that fails to arrive. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for your returns.

| When can I expect a refund for returned goods? |
Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund instantly. You will receive an email notifying you that the refund has been processed. |

| Do I pay a delivery charge for each item? |
| The standard delivery charge is £3.75. You only pay £3.75 delivery charge for each order, no matter how many items you order. Saturday deliveries are charged at the same price. |

| If part of my order is out of stock, what happens? |
| We aim to fulfil all orders placed and constantly update the site to ensure that it reflects available stock. However because we do not mass produce our range, in periods of exceptionally high demand, an item may go out of stock at the instant that you place your order. If one of the items that you order is out of stock, we will refund you the amount instantly. You will receive a notification email to say that the refund has been processed. |

What if I am not in when you deliver? |
We send our orders by Recorded Delivery. As a result, if you are not in when the delivery is made, a card will be placed through your order advising of your local Royal Mail collection point. You will have 1 week from then to collect your parcel before it is returned to us. |

Is it safe to pay online with my credit or debit card? |
We use the latest technology to ensure that our site is one of the safest sites on the internet. As we stand today, we have not had a single incident of identity theft from this site. When you reach the payment page, you should see the padlock symbol on your browser. This indicates that the page is encrypted and secure.
